Ericsson Indonesia has awarded Itlantian with a two years contract renewal to maintain and manage their data centre and cabling infrastructure.
Itlantian has signed a contract with Global CCS Institute to provide them with a 24/7 integrated IT Service Desk Solution through to 2016. The solution includes remote helpdesk, onsite support, administration, mobile device management, IT asset management, procurement, training, vendor relations, data backup/restore, and a dedicated global Executive Support Team.
AMC engaged Itlantian in August 2013 to perform a complete assessment, documentation, cataloguing, mapping, and review of their ICT Infrastructure. Final report and documentations of this project has been accepted by AMC which will provide the basis of their IT Corporate Strategy in the coming years.
